ADHUC’s member Mònica Rius Piniés is the director of the UNESCO Chair Women, Development and Culture. On February 25, 2021, the Chair organizes a book presentation on Resistencia bisexual. Mapas para una disidencia habitable, by Elisa Coll -student within the MA programme Construction and Representation of Cultural Identity at the University of Barcelona.
Coll’s book is both a personal and a political approach to bisexuality as an identity in constant dissidence and which surpasses desire and openly questions structural violence. From this perspective, bisexuality becomes a meeting point, a site for celebration – thus, a living space.
