On November 27th, our founding member the Center of Arab Women for Training and Research (CAWTAR) is hosting the Womenpreneur Experience Event which include several dialogue and debates bringing together the brightest minds to discuss women, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship such as the inspiring Khadija Jallouli, CEO of HawKar, who developed an environmentally friendly smart car for anyone with reduced mobility; Amel Abid, Soft-Developer engineer and Co-founder of Think.It

whose mission is to use technology to promote human dignity around the worldm and Emna Mizouni who was named the Wikimedian of 2019 in recognition of her inspiring leadership within the global Wikimedia movement, especially within Arab and African communities.

Womenpreneur Experience is a joint initiative of SANAD Entrepreneurship Academy and Womenpreneur who are going on tour to support women in #tech in the Middle East and North Africa. It seeks to assess the current state of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the MENA region from a female perspective and identify ways to facilitate investment in women and girls, in form of capital, resources, mentorship and advocacy.
