Zohra Koubia, a member of the Moroccan Association of Human Rights (AMDH) and Founder and President of the "Forum des Femmes au Rif", will comment on the advance and what still needs to be done regarding the awareness of the importance of gender equality in Morocco.
Teresa Velázquez, a Professor of Journalism at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and academic coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Master (UAB) will be in charge of the presentations.
This session is part of the 2017-2018 edition of the "Aula Mediterránea" conference cycle, which the IEMed is coorganizing for the fourth consecutive year with different Master’s degrees from Catalan universities such as the Erasmus Mundus Master in Intermediterranean Mediation: towards investment and integration (MIM).
Attendance at 40% of the sessions of the "Aula Mediterránea", and upon registration, entitles a diploma of attendance issued by the IEMed.
